1. Origin of place: from " Chinese garlic hometown" - Cangshan, Linyi city, Shandong, China; 

2. Sizes: 150-250, 250-350, 350-450, 450-550, 600-800,800-1000 grains/kg or as needed.

3. Raw Materials & Ingredients: can adjust according to clients'needs

    A. Garlic cloves: CANGSHANG 4-6 cloves garlic, jade white color, fresh, clear, bright, 

        pure, no disease and black spot,etc.

    B. high salinity: saturated salinity >21%;  

        low salinity: 4%-6%, Ice acetic acid 2.4%-2.6%

    C. high salinity: 20-22%; 

        low salinity: 8%-15%, acetic acid 0.5%-0.8%, citric acid 0.3%-0.5%

4. Packaging: as client's requirements

   1) high salt degree: 50kg/ plastic drum, 

   2) low salt degree: 46kg/ plastic drum, 50kg/ plastic drum 

   3) others: 12.5kg *2 vacuum bag/carton,110kg/180kg/ plastic drum, 500kg/wooden case
